Penya rules

These are the rules accepted when each ticket is registered. Here you can only read them: accepting goes with each ticket, from inside, and is recorded with the date and the exact text that was read.

My share is my tickets divided by the penya's total, and it applies to every ticket, whoever keeps it.

Example: if the penya has 11 tickets and I put in 1, I own 1/11 of each of the 11; if the Gordo hits any of them, I collect 1/11 of the prize (€400,000 → €36,364 gross). The share is recalculated with every addition or withdrawal until closing and is frozen at that moment.

I keep this ticket. If it wins, I collect the prize and pay the others according to the participants document generated by the site.

Prizes up to €2,000 per ticket are collected at any lottery outlet; above that, at a partner bank, presenting the physical ticket once together with the participants document listing each member's name, ID number and share, so that the bank withholds tax from each one and, where possible, pays each member directly. If the bank (or the website I bought it from, for online tickets) pays everything to me, I transfer each member their net amount within 7 days at most. I am responsible for safekeeping: if the ticket is lost, stolen or destroyed before the draw, I report it and it leaves the penya.

I can withdraw this ticket, several or all of mine until closing (21 Dec 2026 22:00). After closing nothing can be changed.

When a ticket is withdrawn it leaves the penya and everyone's shares are recalculated. After closing no additions, removals, withdrawals or changes of any kind are accepted, and no decision is taken after the draw. If I have not withdrawn before closing, I am in with all my registered tickets.

This ticket is real, it is mine, and the proof (photos or purchase email) shows the number, series and fraction.

A non-existent ticket would earn a share without contributing anything. The administrator may ask to see the physical ticket, a new photo or the receipt in the purchase app before closing. A ticket that cannot be verified is left out of the penya before the draw, and the decision is recorded.

I authorise the use of my name, ID number and IBAN in the participants document, and I accept that 20 % is applied to my part above my exempt portion.

ID number and IBAN are stored encrypted, only the administrator and the holder of the winning ticket see them for the bank document, and they are kept until I ask for their deletion. Tax: €40,000 exempt per ticket, prorated by share; the rest is taxed at 20 %, withheld by the bank on payment.
