Who is behind this

This site is run by Vitalie Ciobanu as a private individual. There is no company and no commercial activity behind it: it is a tool built for a group of friends and family.

What this site is

A private tool to document a lottery ticket pool between people who know each other. Everybody buys their own tickets wherever they like, registers them here, and every member of the penya holds a proportional share of every registered ticket.

The site does three things: it records which tickets there are and whose they are, it works out the shares and how a prize is split, and it documents that all of that was agreed before the draw.

What it is not

No lottery is sold here. Selling and brokering lottery tickets is reserved to SELAE and its authorised outlets.

No tickets are bought or kept here: every ticket is bought and held by its owner, who is the one who presents it to be paid.

No participations or any other instrument are issued.

No money moves. The site takes no contributions, holds no prizes and has no balance. Money goes from one person to another, by bank transfer, outside this site. All the site does is write down who owes what to whom.

Where it is hosted

With Raiola Networks S.L., on servers in Spain. The whole site is served over HTTPS.

How it is used

You can only get in by invitation. There is no open sign-up, and the site is not a service offered to the public.

Applicable law

Spanish law applies. The penya is a private arrangement between people who know each other, and this site only documents it.
